HOW

You will protected through shock absorption, shock delay and dissipation of shock.

    1. Energy delay – the air molecules lock together, making the armour initially hard to slow the energy force down.
    2. Dissipation of impact energy – it’s a process of distributing the force of an impact across a larger surface area, rather than concentrating it at a single point.
    3. Energy absorbing – any energy left in the armour will be absorbent and pushed away from the body

  • Body armour is designed from viscoelastic soft memory foam with outstanding shock absorption values
  • CE tested and certified as impact protection for CE level 1 & 2

  • Level 1 protectors: The maximum transmitted force must be below 18 kN, and no single value shall exceed 24 kN
  • Level 2 protectors: The maximum transmitted force must be below 9 kN, and no single value shall exceed 12 kN.

CARE

  • Cold hand wash or gentle machine wash with mild detergent.
  • Do not soak.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not spin dry.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Line dry out of direct sunlight.
  • Avoid any rough surfaces such as pool edges, dancefloors or rough ground in general.
  • Do not pack or store when wet.
  • Remove any excess water and dry without delay.
  • Separate light colours from dark before washing.
  • Avoid excess contact with suntan lotions and harsh chemicals sometimes found in saunas, spas and pools.
  • Avoid excess contact with harsh chemicals such as deodorants, make-up or perfume.
  • Heat transfer maybe damaged if being washed in hot water

This protective armour padding will not protect the wearer against all possible impacts. The protective padding is simply an aid to reduce the severity of the impact. By wearing the padding, the wearer implies acceptance of risk of injury and no responsibility is taken by the supplier for any injury suffered by the wearer. Please note, this protective gear should not be worn if it is damaged in any way.

IMPERFECTIONS

Due to the injection moulding process, the body armour may have slight cosmetic imperfection, which do not affect its quality, durability or protective performance.

    I purchased this Armour and forgot i even had it on first ride out. until i copped a large rock to my chest it was that comfortable and definitely took the impact as advertised. The quality of their products and customer service is top shelve. Great range of products and would recommend them to blokes of all shapes and sizes be it for motocross adventure riding or motocross and any other contact sports.
