Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. All Australian orders will be shipped free of charge, however if you like your order quicker we recommened to use the express option (fees will apply)

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. As we are a new manufacture we don’t carry a huge amount of stock, orders can take a little longer to process. We will be in touch to let you know the delivery date for your order. Depending on the items, please allow 1 – 4 weeks

Q. Do I get a tracking number?
A. Once goods are dispatched we will send you a tracking number so you can trace your order

Q. What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
A. Damage or loss in transit is rare due to this we offer our customers order insurance on check out.   Please call us to organize the return of damaged goods, or to report that a parcel has not arrived

Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from Brisbane QLD, Australia

Q: How quickly will I receive my shipment?
A: Being a startup company, production of any orders will take between 1-4 weeks from order date, however we will endeavor to speed things up in the near future. Once orders are ready to be shipped you will receive an email notification. Thank you for understanding.

Tracking Number Issues

  • Tracking numbers won’t work right away and can take up to 24 hours to activate and update. This is especially common over weekends and when ordered after 2 pm.
  • Once your parcel is scanned you will receive a notification via email with a link to your tracking information, use this link to keep an eye on your order as it is on the way!

International Shipping Details

We offer very competitive Express International Shipping. To calculate a price simply add items to your cart then update your country in the shipping calculator on the cart or checkout pages.

Delivery Times:

All orders shipped out of Australia are shipped with Australia Post Express Courier International. They advise 5-10 business day delivery to most countries around the world. Remember that once the goods arrive in your country, Australia Post might require local contractors for on-forwarding and they are then relying on them to operate efficiently and without error. Due to the many variables encountered with international freight contractors, MissMxG cannot be held liable for international consignments that are lost in transit. At this time we do not offer insurance on our international shipping. Please be aware that you accept responsibility for lost international consignments and MissMxG will not re-ship or refund your order.


International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. MissMxG cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and MissMxG will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Special Considerations:

  1. Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.
  2. If you order after 2pm, orders will be processed the following business day if item is available.
  3. Dispatch is based on items leaving our Brisbane warehouse.
  4. Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.
  5. We are human, sometimes there are issues with items going missing in our warehouse which results in an order being held up. If we encounter an issue we will always ensure that we provide a solution and mitigate the inconvenience.
  6. International orders are shipped via Australia Post which connects with DHL international.
