Change of Mind

If you change your mind we are able to refund you your purchase price, however we are also happy to exchange your order for another purchase or give you a store credit for any future purchases.

You can return a product for up to 14 days (Australia) and 30 days (Internationally) from the date you purchased it, or 5 days from date of receiving the item. All that we ask is that the goods are returned to us in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging so that they can be re-sold. If they have been damaged by you, or have been damaged through use, we will not be able to accept their return.

 

Postage: We cannot refund the cost of postage, please send a stamped self-addressed express post prepaid parcel with the returned goods for any exchange items. It is recommended that you keep a tracking number for your parcel as we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Returns for International shipping is at cost of customer.

 

Our Quality Guarantee

If you believe your goods are faulty please email us with your order number and explain the nature of the fault and then send the item back to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will gladly offer an exchange or full refund. Where applicable we will pay for the faulty goods to be shipped back to us, and will cover the cost of postage for goods being exchanged. If they have been damaged by you, or have been damaged through use, we will not be able to accept their return.

 

Refunds

We are committed to providing you with premium motocross and impact sports apparel and we are happy to refund your purchase if the item is faulty or offer you an in-store credit. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

Note: Retail items that are on sale may not be returned, unless they are faulty.

How to return items:

  1. Let us know that you will be returning the item by emailing
  2. If you would like to exchange an item, please ensure you specify which alternative items/sizes you would like instead.
  3. Send us the item along with a copy of the receipt. We recommend shipping the package through a tracked service. We cannot replace/refund items that are lost during return shipment.
  4. Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 48 hours and refunds processed within 14 working days. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the original transaction.
