Measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. - Waist :
Measure around the narrowest point, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. - Hip :
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keep the tape parallel to the floor. - Inseam :
Measure inside length of leg from your crotch to the bottom of ankle.
Finding the right size is a daunting exercise. Please make sure to consult our sizing guide for correct sizing of your pants or jerseys, or upload the sizing app onto your phone to workout your measurements.
If you are on the outside of either sizing guide, you may like to go either a size smaller or a size larger. However if you are doubtful what size you should choose, just send us a quick message via our chat or email us to info@femproarmour.com

Finally got a chance to use my FemPro Armour and I am really happy with it. It feels good, is comfortable and definitely a lot cooler than my usual jacket. It would be nice to have a higher in the neck for more sun protection and shorter in the waist. Personal preference on those two points, there is still a gap between my thurle /buff and I’m getting old and wrinkly without encouraging more sun damage🤣 the rest is an excellent fit. I am happy with the product and will pack this for my big adventure next year

I’m in love with this Armour! it feels so comfortable that I don’t even feel like I’m wearing while I’m riding my dirt bike on the trails. It moulds to your body, and it there to protector when you need it.
Also love that fact that I can remove the armour and wash the jacket.

I am a die hard fan & owner of some Fempro Armour for off road riding, one for Summer & one for winter. They mould comfortably with your body, I’m largish breasted & I forget I’ve got it on, no pinching, once it’s on with a bit of adjusting & securing Velcro, it fits like a glove. You can wear just the jersey, I wear a t-shirt underneath mine & it’s not bulky so you can wear another layer over the top in winter. As a mature lady, I secretly love how the front armour makes it look like the ladies have had a lift, and any extra confidence helps me when I’m on the dirt 😎😉 I am known to lay my bike down for regular random unexpected rest stops 😂 and to be honest, the armour must be doing its job cause I’ve managed to walk away unhurt, and some were no soft landings 🫣😂 I also have the Fempro knee pads – da bomb, I wear mine over my riding pants & again I forget I’m wearing them, they are not bulky or restricting. Fempro all the way or at least check it out & see for yourself. I wore it up the Cape with other ECFR ladies & they were questioning how hot it was, it’s no hotter then what they were wearing, hard plastic, long sleeve shirt. Squashed boobs maybe, not sure didn’t ask & was not checking them out 😂😂 the summer jersey has lots of little holes, you could say sorta like a mesh material and gave lots of airflow & dried quickly when we got wet in the creek crossing. I was wearing fempro for a good 8-10 hours for 7 days & not once did I feel I couldn’t wait to get it off. Unlike my boots where I couldn’t get them off quick enough!!

I received my new body Armour a few weeks ago. I love it so far. I never wore upper body Armour before and was worried that I would have a hard time getting used to it but it has not been the case. It does mold to the body as advertised and is hardly noticeable. I mostly ride technical single track trail and it does not reduce my range of motion. The only thing I would change is that the breast plate likes to fall out when I am in the process of putting the gear on. It would be nice if there was a flap of fabric to keep it from sliding out before the belt is clipped on. Overall, thank you for a great product which helps me take a bit more risk since I feel well protected.

I place the chest armour into its pocket just before I zip the jacket close, this way the plate doesn’t fall out when putting it on. My husband and I planned a 2-week motorcycle trip for our 20th anniversary, and I wanted gear that was light, comfortable, protective, and most importantly, made for a woman’s body. We found Fempro Armour on YouTube and decided to give it a try.
Since I’m in the process of losing weight, I ordered the size recommended by the size chart, hoping the stretchy fabric would allow for weight loss, but it ended up being much too big. The arms were too long and bunched up too much when wearing a jersey over top, and the waist strap offered little room for future adjustment. I downsized 2 sizes and ordered a replacement jersey which fit much better but it wasn’t until I received the new jersey that I noticed the previous one was not like the product photos. The arm bands were only elastic and did not have Velcro for adjustment.
Stephanie was incredibly helpful throughout the process and even offered to alter the piece before shipping. However, buyers outside Australia should note that exchange shipping isn’t covered. We paid about $450 USD total, with almost $80 just in exchange shipping. Keep that and the long shipping times in mind if you’re ordering from the U.S.
Thankfully, the replacement jersey arrived just in time for our trip. While I didn’t crash test it, it was breathable, comfortable, and easier to clean than my husband’s gear. A con was having to adjust the chest armour more than I’d like as you really only have the waist strap holding it in place and with consistent movement on dirt trails, it tended to shift often.

We truly appreciate your kind words about our service and are glad we could assist you with the exchange and sizing adjustments. It’s not uncommon for sizing to be a bit tricky when you’re in the middle of a weight loss journey, and we’re happy the second jersey fit much better for your needs.
Regarding the difference you noticed in the sleeve design — you’re absolutely right. We intentionally removed the Velcro from our newer models, as it tends to catch on fabric and can eventually cause curling or wear. This change was made to improve overall comfort and durability for our customers.
As a small Australian business, we’re doing our best to support international customers, and we completely understand your point about shipping costs and times. However we only do free shipping (national & international) if there was a manufacturing fault, and not when the customer changed their minds. We’re actively working on solutions to make this process more efficient and cost-effective in the future.
