Fempro Armour Shipping Protection (Powered by ShipInsure)

At checkout, you’ll have the option to add ShipInsure Package Protection to your order. This small, customer-funded fee protects your purchase against loss, damage, or theft during transit — no matter where in the world we’re shipping.

If something goes wrong with your delivery, ShipInsure makes it easy to file a claim for a replacement or full refund. Claims are reviewed within 24 hours, and most are resolved without the back-and-forth typical of carrier claims.

You’ll receive a confirmation email from ShipInsure after checkout with your policy details and a direct link to file a claim if needed.

Note: If you choose not to add ShipInsure Package Protection, Fempro Armour cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once your order has been handed over to the carrier. In those cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

All orders will be shipped with Australia Post. Shipping charge is depending of location, weight, size of package, and speed of shipment.

You can choose between:

• Pick up from our HQ (14 Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy 4610 QLD)
• General & Express shipping 

For wholesale orders, we can arrange shipment, or you can use your own shipping agent. Please let me know us know of your preference.

As we are a new manufacture we don’t carry a huge amount of stock, orders can take a little longer to process, however shipment can be expected within 1-3 days. We will be in touch to let you know if the delivery date for your order. takes longer than 3 days.

Once goods are dispatched we will send you a tracking number so you can trace your order.

Tracking numbers won’t work right away and can take up to 24 hours to activate and update. This is especially common over weekends and when ordered after 2 pm.

Australia Post will also send you notification once your order has been scanned. We recommend you download the Australian Post app to track your order.

Damage or loss in transit is rare, however we recommend you choose the ShipInsurance protection package option on check out. Please click onto the ShipInsure information tab for any information on your cover option.

Fempro Armour or ShipInsure will not take any responsibility for any loss or damaged items if not insurance option has been chosen by the customer.

We ship from Kingaroy, QLD 4610, Australia

This depends on your location and fulfilment from Australia Post.

Delivery Times:

All orders are shipped out of Australia with Australia Post via General or Express Courier. Please be advised, that shipping time can vary from 1-3 weeks depending on shipping variable (express or general shipping) and the country. Once the goods arrive in your country, Australia Post might require local contractors for on-forwarding and they are then relying on them to operate efficiently and without error.

Customs/Duties:

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. For USA customers, import taxes & fees will be charge upon placing an order with Fempro Armour as per executive order 14324.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Fempro Armour cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Fempro Armour will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Special Considerations:

1. Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.
2. If you order after 2pm, orders will be processed the following business day if item is available.
3. Dispatch is based on items leaving our HQ warehouse.
4. Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch if orders have been placed before 12noon.
5. We are human, sometimes there are issues with items going missing in our warehouse which results in an order being held up. If we encounter an issue we will always ensure that we provide a solution and mitigate the inconvenience.
6. International orders are shipped via Australia Post.
